What is Microsoft Office 365?
Office 365 is a service offered by Microsoft as part of the Microsoft Office suite. The service allows the use of the Microsoft Office software suite as well as cloud-based software-as-a-service products. The Office 365 service consists of a number of products and services managed through an online portal. These include:

What is Microsoft Teams?
Microsoft Teams is a video communication and collaboration app that allows the participation in ‘virtual classrooms’ with fellow learners and tutors.
- A chat function: You can communicate and send files to other learners and your tutors through the chat function.
- Document storage and file sharing: Your document library folder will include all files shared across all conversations for easy access.
- Online video calling and screen sharing: Join live virtual and interactive classrooms and tutorials with other learners and your tutors.
