Anyone interested in understanding good nutrition for mental and physical health and wellbeing. This course is for personal development, no qualifications obtained on completion.
What can I expect to learn?
Good nutrition is essential to maintain good health of body and mind. Learn the categories of nutrients that the body needs to acquire from food, food intolerances and how you can make better food choices to achieve a healthy balanced diet to promote health and wellbeing.
How will I learn?
Teaching methods include tutor presentations, discussions, tutor feedback and use of information and learning technology where appropriate.
How will I know how well I am doing?
Tutor feedback on activities and self-evaluation on progress made.
