What courses are there?

What if there was a part of you that you could access at any time to give you wisdom and guidance through life, from the smallest to the biggest decisions, directions and dilemmas? In this exciting two part course, we will explore strategies for building up greater access to your intuition.

Learn techniques to find your life goals and purpose.

This course is a follow on programme for learners who have attended a Life Coaching Introduction course. The personal development group will provide a space to explore, gain tools and inspiration for application to everyday life and its challenges, as well as your own deeper personal journey.

What can I expect to learn?

You will learn an understanding of a range of topics that will allow you to improve you health and wellbeing leading to a better life.

How will I learn?

Teaching methods may include tutor presentations, group discussions, pair work, role play. Your tutor will give feedback and you will be encourage to reflect on and record your own progress.
