We offer the following digital skills courses at varying locations across essex:
- ECDL (Level 1)
You will follow three units from the following: Word processing, Excel (spreadsheets), Powerpoint (presentations), internet and e-mail or Access (databases). - ECDL (Level 2)
This course covers Word processing, Excel (spreadsheets), Powerpoint (presentations) in addition to a unit on improving productivity in IT. It offers good progression from Level 1 skills and is a recognised bench mark qualification requested by employers. - ECDL (Level 3)
This course offers good progression from Level 2 skills. - Let’s Get Digital
In this course you will learn: to handle information & content, communicate online, buy goods and service online, solve problems using digital tools, be safe, legal & confident online.

Before you can enrol on a qualification course, we will meet with you to complete an assessment and discuss which course is most suitable. Assessments can be booked by calling 0345 603 7635.
