A mental health wellbeing programme for anyone wishing to manage their anxiety. Working on self –
care, routines, triggers and self-help strategies.

Who is this course for?
Learners who wish to manage anxiety and take back control over their mental wellbeing.

What can I expect to learn?
Learners will be able to learn strategies to enable them to take back control over their wellbeing,
including:
- Self care
- Identifying triggers
- Coping with anxiety
- Keeping mood diaries
- All the topics will then help learners build a Personal Recovery Plan toolbox.

How will I learn?
In small groups, taught by 2 tutors who have professional and lived experience of mental health. There will be activities, group work, individual reflection and a chance to ‘check-in’ at each session.
