This course is live online, suitable for those learners who have attended the ACL Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Introduction course, and anyone wishing to gain further knowledge of CBT, focussing on how changing our cognition and behaviour can promote healthier self-care, and support mental health.

How will I learn?
Teaching methods may include tutor presentations, group discussions, pair work, role play. Your tutor will give feedback and you will be encourage to reflect on and record your own progress.
