Steps Transition (Primary to Secondary)
Will include:
- to support families with the move to secondary school
- to know how to communicate with the school
- to raise understanding of school policies and procedures
- to learn about study skills healthy eating

- Age: 10 to 11 years
- Length: Maximum of 14 hours
- Delivery Model: Adults only
