Apprenticeships offer a clear progression path that will enable you to achieve your career goals. They could you help you to become a supervisor or manager, gain access to university, undertake a degree level apprenticeship, gain professional qualifications or even set up your own business. There really is no stopping you!

Are You An Employer?
Gain highly motivated and qualified staff members

Nightingale will pay the training costs for the first two qualifications
Nightingale will contribute towards salaries during the first 6 months
You could receive help with travel, equipment, clothing.
A one off grant of up to £300 if you’re looking to start an apprenticeship in health or care. It’s a little bit of extra support before that first pay packet comes in.
If you’re working in a community role where transport is a barrier, you could access an electric bike to enable you to get to and from work and visit your service users.
Our teams will support you through the application process and discuss the financial help available to you.
How will we help you?
- We will support you to secure employment with a local company
- You will have a contract of employment and usually be employed on a full time basis
- You will earn at least the National Apprenticeship Wage
- You will have the opportunity to gain nationally recognised qualifications that can enhance your future career prospects
- Your programme will last between 15 and 24 months
- You will have regular visits from one of our delivery team and attend regular training sessions
- We will support you throughout your programme and provide a professional and friendly learning environment
