To recognise and accept children’s feelings in a positive way and choose from a range of strategies to put fair boundaries into place. Ultimately, we want to improve parent/child relationships through the implementation of effective assertive techniques.

- Understanding Children
Parenting is not an easy job at all and at this time we all feel that we are being tested. Some days are better than others but life is not easy all living under one roof all of the time. This course is designed to support you to understand your children and provide parenting support. It covers boundaries, communication skills, understanding feelings and emotions and most importantly how to have fun as a family. - Motivating Teens
Ideas and tips for keeping your teenagers motivated and engaged now they are potentially back at school and in a different routine. - Play and Language
This course is for under 3’s to explore the link between language and play. This course explores the different speech and language milestones as well. - Positive Parenting
A workshop to explore parenting techniques and ideas to make parenting that little bit easier - Sibling Rivalry
