Earlier this year we were invited to Arma Karma, an insurance company based in Colchester. They recently recruited Gray, who is completing their Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship.

“It’s really nice to see the suggestions that I make being implemented, and seeing improvements based on that. I didn’t think that I would be the sort of person interested in insurance but I can’t stop talking about it!”

Gray’s manager Chris couldn’t be happier with the progress that Gray has already made in their role.
