Most of our early years courses are now part of the Poppins Bursary. This means that early years providers can use the bursary to access fully-funded staff training and development opportunities.

Apprenticeships
Apprenticeships are a great way to upskill existing team members or hire new staff. They are suitable for all ages, over 16, and are available at a range of levels.
Level 2 Early Years Practitioner
Perfect for supporting team members who work and interact directly with children on a day to day basis supporting the planning of and delivery of activities, purposeful play opportunities and educational programmes within the ethos of the setting.
Level 2 Playworker*
Perfect for developing those working in local community settings, such as Before and After School Clubs, Adventure Playgrounds and Mobile Play Provision, for example a Playbus.
Level 3 Early Years Educator
This programme is designed to further the learner’s knowledge. It is suitable for individuals employed within an early years setting. Typical roles include: Early Years Educator, Childminder or Nursery Nurse.
Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner*
Designed for those looking to make an operational lead for the care, learning and development of all young children within their care, adapting to individual needs providing inclusive and holistic provision. *Coming Soon
Level 5 Coaching Professional
This programme is designed for those who work with a wide range of individuals and teams across organisations, to empower and engage with them, to enhance their professional performance.
