Our programmes ensure that new hires are equipped with the specific skills your business needs, allowing them to make a valuable contribution.
Training options include apprenticeships, skills bootcamps, CPD courses and qualifications and bespoke training.
Low-cost training options
Hiring and training new staff can be costly, but we offer a range of fully funded and affordable training options to help reduce expenses. Below are a few of the ways we do this:
The Poppins Early Years Bursary: The bursary allows you to upskill new and existing Early Years staff at no cost to your business, training includes, apprenticeships, CPD courses, qualifications, and professional pathways.
The Nightingale Care Bursary: The bursary enables businesses to access fully funded health and social Care courses and qualifications to support staff training and development.
Skills Bootcamps: Bootcamps could be the perfect way to quickly upskill new staff. Courses are subsidised and cost the employer a maximum contribution of 30%. We currently offer bootcamps in Digital Marketing, Early Years and Project Management (Construction).
Apprenticeships: Larger employers will use their Apprenticeship Levy to fund the programme. Employers not paying into the levy will pay between 0% and 5% of the overall cost of the programme. The programme will be fully funded if your business has less than 50 employees and the apprentice is 16-18 years old or 19-24 with an education, health, and care plan.
Interview Work-Ready Candidates
Throughout the year we have learners finishing our Digital Marketing, Early Years and Project Management (Construction) skills bootcamps equipped with the valuable sector specific skills required in these industries.
Employers can offer interviews to learners who are looking for jobs and have completed a skills bootcamp for any live vacancies that they have.
