Skills Bootcamps for Employers
How Can employers get involved with Skills Bootcamps?
Employers can send their own employees onto Skills Bootcamps to help fill skills gaps in the workplace. Courses are subsidised, and the employer is asked to pay a 10% contribution (if employing fewer than 250 employees) or a 30% contribution (if employing more than 250 employees).
Employers can offer interviews to learners who are looking for jobs and have completed a Skills Bootcamp for any live vacancies that they have, or provide interview practice to demonstrate socialvalue in your community for your organisation
Employers can assist with the design of the curriculum, shaping it to meet the needs of common development requirements and skills shortages within your industry and organisation.
