What is the Free Courses for Jobs Offer?
Adults in England have the chance to access their first level 3 qualification for free.
This offer is also available to adults in England who earn less than the National Living Wage annually (£20,319) or who are unemployed. This is regardless of their prior qualification level.
All 19 to 23 year olds can access courses for free through their legal entitlement to a first full level 3 qualification.

What courses can I do?
AAT Diploma in Accounting
On this course you’ll master more complex financial processes, including final accounts for sole traders and partnerships, costs and revenues and professional ethics, making it perfect for anyone interested in a career in bookkeeping, or who wants to go on to become a fully-qualified accountant.
Principles of Dementia Care
Develop an understanding for areas such as the types of dementia and the importance of early diagnosis; person-centred approaches in dementia care; the role of communication, interaction and inclusion in dementia care and support and the use of medication to support individuals with dementia.
NCFE CACHE Diploma for the Early Years Workforce (Early Years Educator)
This qualification meets the needs of learners who work with children in a wide range of settings, for example in the roles of an Early Years Educator, Child-minder or Nursery Nurse. Learners will learn, develop and practise the skills required for employment and career progression in the Early Years sector. The learner must be working in an Early Years Setting supporting the children with their learning and development.
Diploma in Adult Care
This course allows candidates to learn, develop and demonstrate the skills and knowledge required for employment and/or career progression in Adult Care within a role which has some autonomy, delegated responsibility or where there may be a need for supervision of others.
Diploma in Leadership and Management
This qualification is ideal if you are have management responsibilities but no formal training, and are serious about developing your abilities. It’s particularly suited to practising team leaders seeking to move up to the next level of management, and managers who need to lead people through organisational change, budget cuts or other pressures.
Understanding Autism
Develop an understanding for areas such as how to adopt a positive approach to supporting individuals with autism, the current legislative framework relating to individuals with autism and how different theories have developed over time, how to support and manage transitions for individuals with autism, the range of therapeutic interventions and support available for individuals with autism and co-occurring conditions.
Understanding the Care & Management of Diabetes
Develop an understanding for areas such as the types, causes, signs and symptoms of diabetes, anatomy and physiology, the impact of diabetes on individuals, others and society, the treatment and management of diabetes and common complications of diabetes.
Certificate in IT User Skills
This advanced course provides a flexible learning opportunity to update, increase or refresh your knowledge of the software within Microsoft Office. Start with the basics or jump straight into the advanced skills within Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
