ACL Essex – Bridging the skills gap
Apprenticeships across all industries
Apprenticeships are on offer for employers looking to upskill new recruits and to develop their existing talent. Apprenticeships are available from accounting and team leadership to facilities and warehousing.
Skills Bootcamps: Rapid Skill Advancement
For businesses seeking swift skill development, Skills Bootcamps are ideal. They’re subsidised by up to 70%, making them an affordable option. Bootcamps are available in digital marketing, early years, and project management (construction). Local firms also have the chance to recruit ACL graduates direct from the bootcamps.
Qualifications and Courses: Broad Spectrum of Offerings
ACL provides a range of qualifications and courses, such as cybersecurity, counselling and accounting.
Sector Bursaries: Fully Funded Training
ACL offers fully funded bursaries for training in the early years and healthcare sectors. The Poppins and Nightingale Care Bursaries can help companies develop their staff’s skills for free.
