£500 Apprenticeship Bursary

The Apprenticeship Bursary provides young people from low income families access to financial support of up to £500 upon securing an apprenticeship.

About the bursary

The Apprenticeship Bursary is an opportunity for young people from low-income families in Harlow & Tendring to receive financial support upon securing an apprenticeship.

Applicants must complete a form detailing what financial assistance is needed. The bursary can cover the cost of travel to work, lunches, equipment and more. Applications will be reviewed by The Youth Service Group.

Additional support is provided alongside this bursary, including 1-2-1 mentorship and wellbeing guidance.

Who is the bursary for?

To apply for the bursary, you must be between 16-24 years old and live in Harlow or Tendring.
