Be kind to yourself – Try being kind to yourself when you feel like being self critical. It can help to think about what you might say to a friend in the same situation.
Learn to say “no” – People with low self confidence often feel like they always have to say yes to other people, even when they don’t want to. This can cause you to become resentful, angry and depressed.
Challenge yourself – Everyone feels nervous to do things at times but people with low self confidence can feel like this more than others. Try setting yourself a challenge, this can help to build your confidence.
