It’s #MentalHealthAwareness week and this year’s official theme is #kindness. Small acts of kindness go a long way and mean so much to those who are feeling lonely, anxious or finding it difficult, especially with everything going on.
🌈 Being kind and compassionate is proven to help reduce stress and improve our emotional wellbeing. Doing good does you good!
🌻 It is more important than ever to be kind to yourself, know that it’s okay to not be okay, and that it’s good to talk.
💚 Be considerate and kind to others as you do not know exactly what they are going through. We are all dealing with different issues than we were months ago.
Please take the time to be kind to others, it really does make a difference!
