Steps Transition (Primary to Secondary)

Will include:

  • to support families with the move to secondary school
  • to know how to communicate with the school
  • to raise understanding of school policies and procedures
  • to learn about study skills healthy eating

Key information:

  • Age: 10 to 11 years
  • Length: Maximum of 14 hours
  • Delivery Model: Adults only
