Our Digital Skills courses are great for those looking to navigate the online world, improve work and technical skills, and get the guidance you need to feel more comfortable on your device.

Develop your mouse and keyboard skills to access the Internet and Apps
10 am – 11am
Are you familiar with the main function keys on a keyboard? Do you want to fill online forms with ease? Do you struggle to use a mouse?
Why not consider our taster session to improve your skills and confidence
You will learn the skills to
- Navigate around the PC and online using a mouse with ease
- Use a variety of keyboard functions to enter and edit text.
- Access common apps such as Google Chrome, Calculator and Microsoft Word
- Complete an online form
Getting to grips with your email account – own device required
1pm – 2pm
Can you create, reply and forward an email? Do you get overloaded with messages and not sure what to do with them? Do you know how to organise your messages?

- Create, reply and forward an email
- Delete emails and unsubscribe to unwanted marketing emails
- Send an attachment
- Use search to locate emails quickly
