Yes, you read that right – you might not need to dip into your savings to gain qualifications. You can apply for a course today and you could get it for free!
Am I eligible?
- If you’re unemployed on a benefit and looking for work or earning less than £17,004 annual gross salary – your level 2 course could be fully funded.
- If you are over 19 and do not hold a full level 3 qualification your level 3 course could be fully funded.
- If you don’t already have a GCSE at grade C/4 in maths and or English these courses are usually fully funded for anyone that wishes to improve these essential skills.
- If you are aged 24 and over and wish to undertake a course at level 3 or above, you will need to pay for your course. However, you could take out an Advanced Learning Loan which you’ll only repay when your income is over £511 a week or £2,214 a month (before tax and other deductions). Additionally, if you take out a loan to complete an Access to Higher Education Diploma and then complete a degree your Advanced Learning Loan will not need to be paid back. Full Loan information here.
In addition to all of the above, if your household income is less than £30,000 per annum or you’re in receipt of a means tested benefit you could receive financial support for course fees*, books, a laptop, WIFI, travel and childcare whilst you’re studying with us. You can find out more on our help hub.
*excludes Level 3 courses.
