“Workplace learning is no longer about simply improving performance and productivity: it’s about attracting and retaining the best employees for your organisation and making those already within the organisation feel valued.”
Earlier this week, as part of National Apprenticeship Week, we visited Clear Thinking I.T alongside Councillor Tony Ball, Essex County Council Cabinet Member for Education Excellence, Lifelong Learning and Employability.
Clear Thinking deliver clear communication and IT solutions that transform businesses, helping them to move forward more productively, securely, and compliantly. They continue to provide apprenticeship opportunities for individuals interested in progressing in the I.T sector.
Apprenticeships not only provide a route for new entrants into the workplace, they can also support the career development of existing employees, and provide the employer with fresh new perspectives and ideas.
It’s great to see the real-life impact that the apprenticeship programme has on businesses and individuals across Essex, and the importance of National Apprenticeship Week.
