This week we are spotlighting the Level 3 IT Solutions Technician Apprenticeship. In September 2021, we launched this programme to support the increase of IT job roles within Essex and surrounding areas. Over the past several decades, information technology has become significantly more important and transformed our daily lives, both personally and at work.
The Level 3 IT Solutions Technician is a great opportunity for someone interested in working within an IT role or currently within the sector.
Apprenticeship overview
An IT Solutions Technician applies a professional methodology or framework to gather and analyse requirements including designing, developing, testing, and implementing IT solutions. They will also provide ongoing support both directly to end users and for the team.
The specific tasks undertaken vary depending on what needs to be achieved by the team at any time. Some tasks may be very technical, others may be more analytical.
